Fr. Brian was born in the Archeparchy of Winnipeg and was once a parishioner of Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in the Winnipeg’s north end. He was ordained to the Priesthood by the late Metropolitan Maxim Hermaniuk, CSsR in 1985.
