Caroling at Rossburn

January 23 and 24, 2016, Ukrainian Catholic Parishes of the Rossburn Parish District hosted youth from Winnipeg who were fund raising for their trip to the World Youth Day to Krakow Poland in July. They attended the Divine Liturgy at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church (UCC), Russell on January 23, and then sang Christmas Carols for the parishioners. Coffee & donuts followed. The next day January 24, the youth also attended the Divine Liturgy at Sacred Heart of Jesus UCC, Rossburn at 9:00 am, and Holy Eucharist UCC, Oakburn at 1:00 pm and sang Christmas Carols. Lunch was served at both parishes. In attendance were many parishioners from other parishes. The youth were very pleased with the generosity of the parishioners who made donations for their trip.
